The hydraulic press is totally made of stainless steel and is equipped with all the components in order to make juicing: frame with tubular, plate with a spout, perforated basket, squeezing plate.
The squeezing is performed by an hydraulic piston that, depending on the model, will be driven by three different devices: a manual lever, a pneumatic motor or an electric motor. The pressure exerted will squeeze the product contained in the drum.
For the electrical and pneumatic version, you can set the maximum working pressure from 0 to 250 Bar
Squeezing can be reduced from 20 to 10 or 3 liters with appropriate accessories
The press can be equipped with trolley, for moving, and housing for protection against splashes.
Used to press medicinal plants, fruits, vegetables, some seeds, nuts and anything else that contains juice.
In addition to this, it is used to squeeze the components used to create macerated, brandies, liqueurs with the aim of recovering a good part of the residue of maceration.
Among the various products that you can work, we cite a few:
• Fruits: apples, peaches, lemons, oranges, pears
• Vegetables: celery, dandelion, spinach, chard
• Also: products derived from maceration, aloe, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts
HOW TO USE?
1 ° Insert the product to work by placing it in a uniform way
2 ° Set the maximum required pressure
3 ° Operate the squeezing device
4 ° Maintain pressure until the exhaustion of the product
5 ° Collect the juice from the plate
